no the picture is very good =D the skin could use a little more of a blur on the shading, but that's hard anyway lol As for the hair, it looks good! but if your really want help with that I think this is a very good tutorial, http://brotherlyfluff.deviantart.com/art/Coloring-hair-in-Photoshop-58645422 but just in case, you can look here for a bunch of little helpers ^^
