Here, I picture peace and happiness in the form of Hotei the Laughing Buddha as a kid eating a giant chocolate-chipped cookie. I've always pictured happiness as a big yummy freshly baked cookie. If we all eat cookies (metaphorically speaking), we'd be at peace.
