I love the anime, and Vegeta was alwyas my favorite for some odd reason. However, is this an already made original artwork? It looks like you copied it ( Don't confuse this with tracing ). Sorry. I can't give a good rating when it looks like you just redrew something someone else drew. Either that or you paused the TV and drew it from there. Doing that is way too easy for a lot of people, and I don't consider that art at all.
