- Description: EDITED AS OF 2/13: I did this in my computer graphics class. The whole point was to decrease the saturation of except a certain part of the picture keeping one part a colored in and not black and white. Originally the middle die was pink but I changed it to more of a purple. The project had to be 4X5 and 300 pix so the original was rather large but I fixed it. On top of that I got a 100 on the project and I got an A in the class.

- Why use the polygon tool? Just use magnetic lasso or the wand and shift

- HA! interesting, when i first looked at this (i didn't read the description yet) i'm thinking did this person draw it or paint it or do something to it on the computer, found out u used the computer. its really interesting. im glad you got an A =)

- one easier way is if you are using photoshop, you can use the polygonal tool and select only around the dice you want to keep color, then go to select>select inverse. the click on desaturate under the menu selections.. it's quite easy once you get the hang of it.. there are many ways to do the same thing in photoshop smile
