I felt like doing something a little more dynamic so I raced through my refference pics and found a kungfu style high kick. I drew my oc hayate because I havent drawn him in some time.

the upper body is pretty good, but there's something awkward about the position his legs are in. i think it's the point at which the right leg (our right) is bending. i'm sorry i'm no good at giving advice...

The head size is a stylistic choice, I cant really shrink them down much it is beyond my limitations.

- I like the drawing but the head looks a lil big but other than that he looks awsome. I really luv the swords!!! oh and this looks like a pic from soulcalibur 2 of Yungsung. (the position anyways.)
