- Work on the porportions in the face. I used to draw eyelashes kinda like that also but take a look in the mirror and see how they are never that dark and long. Realistic eyelashes can make all the difference. When you color see how you can see the actual lines? Try coloring lightly with small circles and build up the color, it will look more smoother

- The way the hair is drawn is nice, but something about the eye and the body below the neck bothers me. It would also look a lot better if it wasn't on lined paper.
