This is Yuuki from Vampire knight their are a few things i am aware of like her bang is really bad i ment to draw the other eye but it became too trouble some and then i just could fit the bang in correctly, The legs are too short for the body too (sorry). Well im still trying so please dont judge to harshly :3

Her name is spelled "Yuki" or "Yuuki" but it isn't more commonly "Yuki"
It is NEVER "Yukii"
The bang over the eye is pointless, the legs are to short and not proportioned correctly same goes for the shoes.
The coloring isn't correct either.
