Yeah, I don't think the way the face was done has much to do with style at all, it looks like she was going for a more realistic approach and the face throws it off a little but, the only thing I'd change about it is to round the one side of the jaw a tiny bit and move the outside eye in a wee bit.
But other than that, it's pretty cute.

- Hey... Every Person has their OWN Art Style! The way she draws faces will definitely be different from others! Although the face is a bit strange I can understand differences. my drawing is a bit odd as well. ^.^ She looks... Depressed in a way... Lonely..? Very Detailed! I like it!
