- Your story sounds a lot like Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne.... She's a student by day and a thief by night... and she always has to listen to her best friend talk about different ways to capture and reveal the thief's true identity.... Its a neat idea, but its been done :/ keep practicing your artwork tho... it'll get better with time!

- Its a good idea.... but you need a few more slightly original ideas. Hell, you could plagerize people and make it look original. Srry, im forced to give you a 3.

- This is a good start, don't give up just because others think they heard it before. Look how many times they remake a movie these days. keep it original to yourself and it will be exciting to others.

It's very much along the same lines of D.N. Angel.
The actual drawing is alright.
Could definitely use a bit more practice.
