well I dunno who Uchiha Madara is (I looked up a picture of him though for reference), but nice job! The shading is amazingly awesome. Love it! Keep up the good work!
The only thing I can think of that's wrong with it is the hair. I dunno how to explain what exactly is wrong with the hair. It seems a little too...unatrual? Like its spread out too much. And the shading in the hair is great as well. I just wouldn't make it so dark where the hair comes to a point.
