this is mion sonozaki from the t.v/ manga serise higurashi no naku koro ni.
i decided to make my own fan based comic of the show and this is what i came up with...it s a inlarged frame from one of my comic scans....all of my scans are done in sharpie and pen. i dont have a computer program to make them.....all though i really really wont one.

- XD love it. Also find it slightly amusing that I saw this when I am currently watching Higurashi no naku koro ni kai, the second season of Higurashi no naku koro ni. Mion is great XD She's definitely one of my favourites, and doesn't scare me anywhere near as much as Rena when she's crazy.
