on making pic.s blink:
I suggest using GIMP (its free.)
You have to think of each layer as a panel. after each layer title, you insert the length of time you want it to be in parentesies. EX. (1000ms)
you must use ms though.
After your done, you save it as a .gif image and click 'save as animation' and you have an animated pic - Report As Spam
