- I think the only improvement would be adding some highlights and shadows. Also maybe a bit of a fade on the hair going from cream to white since it looks that way in the ref pic. Otherwise its a lovely pic ^^

- its not a problem, there's always room for improvement...i need some personal opinion about the background. i can always change it, spent only 5~10 miniutes on it.

- Artist aren't perfectionist, some parts are hardly even noticeable. I don't mind seeing itty bitty errors but honestly, I suggest giving advice to people who have issues drawing basic figures.
