It's cute, but I don't think you have to worry about theivery...I hate it when people who draw like this and worse tell everyone not to steal when the ones who have awesome pieces of art do nothing about it. Really contradictory.
Anyway, it's cute, but you do have some work to do. You really have potential and I feel you do have some talent. Sorry if I come off as rude or mean, but I definitely think you can get better. I'd love to see your work improve with time. It's fun to watch.

- I'm really not sure but I looooove kitteh ears on people. And I always makes the ears to skinneh... But yer kitteh ears looks good, so good job. I jelous.....

- It's not too bad. Porportions need work, and I suggest learning how to do clothing folds to make it look more realistic. Instead of just scribbling for detail ((Like in the sweater)), try doing cross-hatching to make it look sown. Refrences can make things a lot easier. (:
